Rev. Rob Parsons is the lead instigator, co-conspirator, and visionary behind WithALL. In addition to serving WithALL, Rob is the Pastor of Saluda United Methodist Church (UMC).

Previously, Rob served as the Church Vitality Specialist for the Blue Ridge District of the United Methodist Church, and pastor of Saluda and Columbus United Methodist Churches. In addition to pastoring churches, Rob has also served with Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, Polk County Behavioral Task Force, Head Start Policy Council. For a number of years, Rob taught part-time at UNCA and served as a member of the Polk County School Board.

Rob is an avid white water kayaker as captured in his TED Talk “Increasing My Capacity for Awe and Other Lessons Learned Kayaking on the Green River.” Rob is a graduate of Furman University and Yale Divinity School. Rob finds his deepest joy in bringing together neighbor to neighbor in true community.

Rev. Meghan D. Young is our Connector-in Chief. She coordinates the development and deployment of our congregants throughout our congregation and the wider community.

Meghan is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. In addition to serving WithALL, she serves as Pastor of The Congregational Church, UCC in Tryon, NC. She also serves as a PRN chaplain at Pardee Hospital.

Meghan serves on the boards of The Hospital Foundation for Advent Health Polk, Polk County Long Term Recovery Group, Aspire Polk County: A Child and Family Partnership (Polk County’s Child Advocacy Center), Western North Carolina Creation Care Advisory Committee, and Who Speaks For Me?, a Justice involved organization out of DC, focused on prison abolition and the trauma to prison pipeline especially for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ women. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and Yale Divinity School.

Meghan is part of WithALL because she believes in the collective power of community to transform lives when we put our faith into action.
